Gauge Interface Proceed or Mesa can be used with a Mitutoyo gauge simply by connecting our proprietary interface unit between the gauge and your computer serial port.  The small interface connector requires no external power source and is no more obtrusive than a large connector.  This eliminates the need for a space-consuming and expensive multiplexer when all you need is a single gauge input.
